Not that the Apple iPod Family needs more rave reviews, but I have to say I am very impressed with the resiliency of my iPod Shuffle. I use it when I go for bike rides or long runs, and its has always preformed great. I thought I had lost it, as over the last month and a half I had not been able to find it, until yesterday when I found it in one of the zipper pockets of my riding shorts. I took it upstairs, plugged it in, and it loaded right up and got a full charge. Today I used it on my ride to work, with no problems. What makes its preformance after finding it in that pocket so amazing is that I have prob washed those shorts (with the iPod in the pocket) a dozen times over that peroid of time when I thought it was lost. After facing the washing machine over and over it had no effect on the tough little iPod. So if you are looking for a reliable, tank tough, mp3 player I would def suggest you buy this item (esp since you can get it for under $50 now).
