So what does SORJ do on a Friday night when he stuck in the house sick? He revives his crystalized honey! With all the tea I’ve been drinking the past few days, which I always add a teaspoon of honey too, I noticed that my honey supply had mostly all crystallized. So I’ve been simmering the honey in their glass jars in a pot of water. It works like a charm.
